Take Alan Ayckbourn’s writing, add his cheeky humour and sprinkle with a clever dose of ‘who-dun-it’ and you have It Could Be Anyone Of Us – an intriguing and witty comedy thriller. A thunderstorm, a windswept country house, a family of failures – all the prime ingredients for a murder-mystery thriller in the traditional mold. But this one is by Alan Ayckbourn and things are never what they seem, sending up this Christie-type thriller.
